The customer service is horrible. When I expressed concerns about my mother's transportation and why she was late to multiple appointments, no one resolved or tried to resolve the issue. Don't use this company.
The customer service is horrible. When I expressed concerns about my mother's transportation and why she was late to multiple appointments, no one resolved or tried to resolve the issue. Don't use this company.
If I could give 0 stars I would, this business was trusted with transporting my mother to her appointments and were very unprofessional either getting her to appointments late, being rude when they're being called to request for her to be picked up,not giving a notice about her pickup time when we called so then we're being rushed if we were getting her lunch or medicine.
