After being overcharged and underserved at CycleHaus in East Gosford, I stopped in to Ride to enquire about my bikes gear issues. The way I was greeted was the first sign I was at a better place. Wasn’t able to get there until almost closing time on a Saturday a few weeks later and had planned to leave my bike. The boys that own and run RIDE Ettalong ARE GENTLEMAN, it's not about the money with them it's about helping people out and doing the absolute right thing on numerous occasions I've been in there and asked them questions or just need a screw a bolt and every time they've helped me out with he gonna make this should get you out of trouble 10 out of five is what I give these guys.... Have been taking my bikes to Ride for over 10 years now..... the guys are great. So easy to get along with and the workmanship is always top notch. It's so good having such excellent mechanics on the Peninsular. Highly recommend - 5 Stars.
