James at Burleigh is an absolute legend!! Kept in touch with me throughout the time my sons bike was in when having issues.. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile by Katie, resulting in purchasing a Fatboy, thanks for taking the time.
The new shop is much better presented than the warehouse where our son originally bought his Fatfish from. I would like to suggest that you email clients their service reminders as time just gets away. His first service was done after 12 months of riding. Thankfully, he hadn't done much riding, so we didn't have any issues. Staff have always been very helpful.
Good selection of e-bikes & scooters. Obviously e-bikes are more popular however, the staff are very helpful.
Picked up my fatboy Harlem and Rick and Katie at the Burleigh shop were great to deal with, their exceptional customer service and knowledge of e-bikes was amazing. Rick showed me how to get the most out of the bike and even set up a few custom options. Great store with great staff…highly recommend.
