Dropped off my e bike for a service the guys down here are great they have fantastic knowledge as they built the bike’s themselves. Massive list of options and add ons for everyone’s requirements. Helmets mirrors the lot. Very cool area for waiting with bean bags. Definitely the place to go in Burleigh Waters if you need an e bike.

Was charged 150$ to change a tube on a budget Ninebot that I bought new for $199. Explained that it wasn’t a general service I was booking was only tube changing. Lady gave her reasoning, I respect the costs involved but honestly if I was charged $50 or even $70 I would have paid it but 150$??? That’s too much, that’s a ri off, no excuses. Ordered a 15$ tube from eBay and a 7$ plastic tool, watched a YouTube video and changed in 30 minutes, and I am terrible with tools, still managed to get it done in less than an hour. Very difficult, rude and dishonest. Because the bike is slightly over the 300km first service distance which they didn’t tell me about, they charge $99 for a first service. Even though I wasn’t told about the first service at 300km, they are adamant that I was and take zero responsibility for not telling me this. The arrogance and rudeness was a disgrace.
