Told me 55 a tyre Swt. Then when went to pay added 120 for labour. When I gave the bike over no mention added labour cost
Extremely disappointing experience. Their website advertises a full service + diagnostic for $199, but all they did was charge me $50 for a “diagnosis” and then $190 to replace a single cable — NO service was actually done. I asked why and they said its not included…. They also promised to call before doing repairs, but never did. On top of that, I left two chargers to be tested, which they only checked when I came to pick up the scooter, and then charged me $125 for a new one. Got a price on the phone to change 2 e-scooter tyres after I picked them up the price was double the amount I was quoted. Also after I put the wheels back on I noticed the front tyre was put on backwards.
I had the worst experience with this place for the service of my e-bike. I took it there because I assumed they were specialists, but reality proved otherwise. They advertise a AUD 99 service where they claim to adjust and check the entire bike. 24 hours after leaving it with them, I received a message saying it was ready, and that in addition to the 99 dollars, they had replaced the brake pads for $49.90 (which I had approved), done a brake bleed for $35, and charged an extra $40 in labour just for changing the brake pads. ... read more
Dropped off my e bike for a service the guys down here are great they have fantastic knowledge as they built the bike’s themselves. Massive list of options and add ons for everyone’s requirements. Helmets mirrors the lot. Very cool area for waiting with bean bags. Definitely the place to go in Burleigh Waters if you need an e bike.
