Not homorable and an abuse of the word ‘faith’. There was a refusal of service to a legally disabled person with a legal service dog. ‘ We don’t allow dogs in our cars.’ This says enough. If they want to delineate one car or two cars as those for service dogs, that is okay, so that anyone with allergies is not affected if they ride in the vehicle. Discriminating against those with disabilities, who have service dogs, is not honourable or reflect decent individuals, and they deserve business from no one.
I am a dispatch Coordinator at Ride by Faith Transportation. I have been working here for over three years, and I love every minute of it. It's both fun and rewarding to help people in need of transportation. When I heard that we make a difference in people's lives to help them with their transportation needs, it was a great feeling. I love working here and putting a smile on people's faces when I interact with them.
Drivers go beyond their job to help you feel comfortable and relaxed. They will want for you and help you through the door.
They refuse to help my friend because she used a different company to take her to work when she was first injured. So she tried contacting Ride by Faith and they told her they won't do it for that reason. They need to change their name because Faith has nothing to do with what they stand for.
Ride by Faith Transportation is a great company that cares about its clients and treats them like family. I booked rides for my aunt to go to church every Sunday. The dispatcher who took my trips for my aunt is so lovely and caring to their customer when speaking to them. My aunt loves taking rides with Ride by Faith transportation.
