Best service in town, friendly staff with good value for money
I called in whilst on holiday at the end of the day and bought a new (Cube) helmet. They didn't have the colour I wanted so they ordered it and posted it. It came within 10 days. Very efficient and thoughtful service. I also like the rear cube light that clips onto the helmet that I bought in store. Very happy with the helmet and the service. Bike shops are getting harder to find these days so I was delighted to be able to go into a real shop and try helmets on properly Thank You.
We were on a cycling trip around Ulverston, when we had a mishap that left me with a grating sound. A passer-by recommended Ride bikes and we dropped in to get advice. The chap was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and sorted it out. He persistently refused remuneration for his time. Great guy! Highly recommend .
I came all the way from Yorkshire to ride my ebike. I forgot my charging cable. Came here and i was given a cable for free. Amazing very helpful. Highly recommended. lovely guy. Thanks very much !!!
Dan is very good and the service is second to none. Helped me out at the last minute with a tyre issues and saved the day for me.
