Last year I walked into the shop to buy a second Specialized old man trail bike. The gentleman in the shop totally ignored us. Never even said “Hi”. We spent about 25 minutes there and walked out. We went to Marty’s and purchased a Trek. Today I called Ride about a new saddle for my old Specialized, told him exactly what I wanted, he had to I check. I bought a bike from Ride Bike Shop in Andover about a month ago and have been really enjoying it. After riding it for a few weeks, I noticed I was getting some numbness in my hands and was having trouble getting completely comfortable. I was out riding the Sussex Branch Trail, which runs right past the shop, so I decided to stop in and mention the issue to Chris. Had an annoying ticking coming from back wheel. They spent time with my bike and eventually tightened my spokes. Fixed! Great knowledgeable team!
