My driver was on time, very nice man,first time i ever had transport service that was so good, i would recommend this service and will always try to get this driver again
Driver was on time he was very nice
I hated my experience with this company. There wheelchair vans look like they've been in accidents. The inside was filthy. The driver didn't know how to do his job.
I encountered a van of this companies in traffic in downtown Akron in which the van disobeyed traffic laws, weaving in and out of lanes, ran a red light and exceeded the speed limit excessively. I would not put my love ones in this transportation, companies hands as they may not make it safely to their destinations.
This company failed to show to pick me up for a doctors appointment. Only admitted that they weren’t coming when I called my insurance company to see where the driver was. This is the second time this provider has failed to provide proper service…first time the driver was unprofessional and the vehicle was in extremely poor condition. USE ANOTHER COMPANY, ANYONE IS BETTER THAN RIDE ACCESS
