Had a problem with a 2012 Gem. Repair shop said three grand to fix it had to replace the Delta Q converter charger. I called Bob walked me through testing it to see if the converter was working. It was just the charger that was a problem I bought a charger for $650 and he watched me through installing it before he even shipped it and the instructions were awesome. Great customer service and great guy. Thanks, Bob
I highly recommend the purchase of the nitro wheel and tire pak. Initially, I was hesitant to buy the 14” nitro pak for my 2015 Gem. However, I went ahead and made the purchase just for the looks. I found the easy to do change not only looks good, it increases speed and improves the ride and handling of the Gem. Additionally , It greatly improves the steering.
