What kind of lawfirm is this? We hired them for a personal injury claim (a pedestrian HIT BY A CAR) in 2024. Our original case manager was great, prompt and commuciated effectively. However, due to undisclosed cicrumstances, we were given a new case manager sometime in the summer of 2025. This new case manager (BRITTNEY CARR) did not reach out to us ONCE.
