I must say, I am truly impressed by my experience at Riddle & Butts. I came in with my parents today to see Judge Butts and she very welcoming, amazing, and intelligent. After discussing, she recommended that we not proceed because it is not necessary for us. We appreciated her honesty and willingness to give the best advice rather than simply moving forward with a service. Called this office to inquire on getting help, David the investigator answered the phone very rude & cut me off , said the office could not help for property theft/fraud, forged signature! He then hung up in my face , I am not sure if it because I don’t sound like I look like him. I called back and he was still VERY RUDE did tell him I can stop by the office. I am older person I went To do State Planing with The former prestigious Former “Judge” lawyer Christine Riddle and Butts. She admitted that recently all her clients data was stolen and had To pay ransom. I trusted Her and she told Me my State Planing will Be ready once she gets The$ 3750.00 dlls. I did I mailed it.!I found out no Lawyer less so a JUDGE can charge ahead if the State Planing hasn’t even started. I am so discourage, stoned that Reputable firms can be so Abusive to older people!
