Excellent trainers and great atmosphere to workout for both Beginners and Advanced. Workouts are fun but challenging. Owner and Staff are friendly, family oriented, Supportive and Encouraging. Highly recommend !
I just had my first class with Riddim Fitness!! I had so much fun and a challenging workout. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, it made me feel so good to be there with no judgement. Keishia and Jackie are amazing!! I highly recommend checking out Riddim Fitness :)
