Ms. Desai is nearly impossible to get in touch with and did not return ANY calls for 6 months (August-February) until the day I threatened to contact someone about the non contact. The lawyer is not receptive to client input and frequently looks disheveled with torn clothing and unorganized files. She kept files related to my case for months until I threatened to report her. Seems like She doesn't even pick up the phone to be fired ! A complete and waste of time and money your better off representing yourself
