We called 9 times trying to open an account…sooooooooo frustrating…and makes you wonder why its so hard to get assistance
I have used this bank 20+ years. I have never had any problems with them. I live in Brazil and use the main branch there most of the time. But every now and then I use the one at Sycamore Terrace and I have always been treated very nice and with respect. I had my card hacked and they were more than happy to help me.
Issues with the ATM. The Female in charge was extremely rude!!!!
