Rachel is absolutely the best massage therapist I've ever visited, hands down. Rachel is hands down the best message therapist I have had. She takes the time up front to understand what it’s like you, in your body. She is gentle when/where needed but firm when necessary. Gentle and compassionate in nature it is impossible not to feel safe and comfortable letting go and allowing yourself to relax. I also enjoy the foot detox and plan to integrate BARS into my monthly treatments. 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend.
