Friendly company. Happy with sale. A little complicated paying because I'm in the USA. Shipping was complicated too but important thing is I got a great bike for a special man who loves it. Happy customer, would definitely recommend.
Customer service at Ricksycle is phenomenal! I crashed one of the bikes and Rick was so helpful in answering all my questions. Since I live in California, Rick even gave me suggestions on how to find someone local to help repair the bike to save me some money.
