My Daughter 30 years plus in age was there with her grandma. My mother. She takes her a lot. I was not there see in person but I was on the phone. My daughter was so upset on how she was treated. I heard everything. Although I tried to clam her down after they insulter her I know it was uncalled for. As a local for over 30 years I have never been treated with such disrespect. Not only did they take advantage of my family ( grandma) but they are hostile when questioned. We used to be regulars. see yelp for full story. for those Whom value customer service this is not the place. As lisa said the owner " go to Marriot" I will thanks
