The office staff and the refinishers are the best. Not sure why you're still looking for someone to do your door. You've found them. These guys are front door savants. Door refinishing is their passion, and it's obvious. Six years in between having them out because the first round held up so well - even for a south facing front door. May have them out sooner next time because I'd forgotten that they're just good guys.
We have used Ricks twice and both times they have made our door look brand new. Our door is wood and gets a lot of sun. The workmanship is outstanding. Great communication. Highly recommend if your door has any damage.
They refinished my front door and did a great job. I had a small issue and they had to return to fix it. Again, they were very responsive to my concerns and came back to fix it. Price was reasonable as well.
