I bought (2) bandit 1590s from ricks equipment. I understood these chippers would either come from auctions or from Bartlett Trees Experts retired equipment. These were from Bartlett. I opted not to have them repaint but was assured they went through the chippers prior to sale. Totally not true!!!! When the chippers arrived both had braided hydraulic lines that the rubber coating has been worn or and the lines were weeping. Both chippers had leaks.
