There is a BBB sign hanging up in the store as if it is an active member. Years of reports of stolen bicycles, changing prices on repairs and mean comments.
Any bike concerns or needs that you have, they go above and beyond to help you with and make sure you leave happy and satisfied. Great place, great deals!
RecommendedGreat customer service! We specifically worked with Jason first by phone and then in store. Christina also greeted us in store when we arrived and helped with the sale. They all clearly work well together and there's teamwork. They were professional but also fun. My son has wanted a specific brand of bike for at least 6 months and they had one. Great customer service today when I was there purchasing a new bike. Very reasonably priced as another bike store was quoting me $100 more for the exact same bike I purchased. Can’t wait to get out for a ride this week.
The guys were very nice. Worked very hard to find me a bike. Bought a rack for my car and they put it on for us. Great price for all I bought! Found my bike shop!
Wonderful staff they helped my brother (mentally challenged) get a beautiful bike after his was stolen. Best group of people ever. Very knowledgeable very patient.
