We should all try to be more like Rick. He helped me out of.a jam while riding the OTET. My rear wheel was becoming unridable mid trip as the spokes were not up to the challenge(Posidien wheel set) I reaches out as soon as I realized my situation but It was late (after 7PM) he not only came to my rescue, he set me up with extra spokes and a great encouraging attitude. Rick came to help us out of a jam riding the OTET. Rick is an all around good guy, doing excellent work for a great price. I cannot recomend him enough.
I'm from out of town, two hours away, competing in a local gravel race on a Saturday morning. Arrived at the venue only to discover that my kit was back home, neatly sitting on my bed. Panic mode set in. With just an hour before the start, I called Rick, a stranger to me at the time. Thankfully, he understood my situation and sprung into action. Within minutes, he provided me with a brand new kit. Kudos to Rick! The cycling community never fails to amaze me. Rick is the real deal.
If there is a better bike man out there, that person is Superman because Rick is Absolutely the best there is. I couldn’t recommend anyone more for bike maintenance and even more for any SAG requirements that you have. We rode from Columbus to Cincinnati today and he was absolutely the best.
Rick was polite, knowledgeable, professional, and fixed up my bike quickly and efficiently. If I could give Rick 100 stars, I would. I'm really impressed with Rick and his repair service. Excellent!
