The service techs at Rick's are awesome! I've been taking my trucks there for over 20 yrs and they have not disappointed me once. I have had some unusual problems both mechanical and electrical but after giving them as much details as to what was going on they were able to problem solve my situations Most recent one was that I was getting a Jerking situation while I was in over drive gear and was trying to accelerate my speed. Shortly after washing my van, my brakes were grinding... very loudly. I live in Saint Johns, and a few auto shops came to mind, but I still search Google before making a choice, because my vehicle's health is important.
