They refused to check an engine light. All I needed to know was why I was on, but I guess that takes way too much time and ties them up all day according to what they said.
They got my car in right away after my check engine light had come on. By the end of the day Rick had a diagnosis and plan of attack, and by 10am the next day I was on the road again!! He called me himself and explained everything in SUCH detail. I really appreciated that, especially being female. A lot of times they don't bother going into detail with us, but he did!! The service techs at Rick's are awesome! I've been taking my trucks there for over 20 yrs and they have not disappointed me once. I have had some unusual problems both mechanical and electrical but after giving them as much details as to what was going on they were able to problem solve my situations Most recent one was that I was getting a Jerking situation while I was in over drive gear and was trying to accelerate my speed.
