Guthrie Festival employees said that Rick's offered a free, small sample of chocolates if a festival wristband was shown in store. After arriving, my friend and I did as they said, and a male employee tried to charge us $20 for drinks. We clarified that we came for the samples, and the employee tried to charge us $4.00 for chocolate eggs. After clarifying once more, he and another employee said “nothing is free here”. there have been issues with them accidentally charging like twice the listed price so please double check how much you’re paying before you leave, it doesn’t seem to be on purpose i think they just have some problems with their tech
