Truly a great experience with Rick. I booked him the day of and he was able to give me a ride on short notice. His access to the base let him take me right to my hotel on JBSA Lackland rather than me walking for 20 minutes with my luggage from the gate. Rick was more than helpful with my bags, advice, travel suggestions, as well as free water on top of the very clean ride. He is a life saver, I will without a doubt be booking with him in the future.
