When it came to the people who helped with getting the case together they were nice and helpful, but when it came to dealing with Rick McGuire he’s the most disrespectful and rudest person ever. This is the worst law firm I’ve ever seen in my life these people don’t communicate with you don’t help you at all. all they do is tell you it’s their policy it’s their policy they do nothing to help their customers they do not care what you have going on in your life the only thing they care about it their money they don’t care about the customers at all I would never recommend these people to anyone I will never use them again it’s been almost a year and the lady I just spoke with has a such a poor attitude ridiculous.
