Our experience with Rick was amazing and continues to be. He walked us through every step in purchasing and refinancing our mortgage. He is detailed and honest. Rick made sure we were comfortable with the loan option we selected and answered every question we had along the way. Terrible experience, cannot state this more expressly. Lender will not respond to emails, did not take application seriously, and made it abundantly clear, that unless you are exceedingly wealthy, you will not be given any opportunity to own a home in today's market, especially with this lending branch. Cost the ability to make an offer on a home now under contract. Use caution, and diligent research before using/applying with this lender.
