I was not impressed with Mr Krause as an attorney. I received a partially favorable decision. I was awarded disability, but no back pay. I waited 3 years and received $0 back pay. As far as being awarded disability. I'm over 50 and have an above knee prosthetic. I would have been awarded disability representing myself. Mr. Krause spoke with me 2 times in the 15 months he was my attorney. Once the day he was hired and once about 1 month before my hearing.
