Nick Gibson, please contact me regarding the missing ILRPP funds, my new landlord tells me they still haven't received the amount in full. I hope we can resolve this error soon.
They take advantage of the elderly and are incredibly rude, borderline psychotic. I called them for months with no answer and no return calls. I finally got ahold of them today and a lady was screaming at me and insulting me on the phone. I called back to talk to her superior and he was equally as deranged. I have no idea how these people stay in business other than shady business practices.
Had an appt for at least a week. They called me on the day of my appt as I'm turning into their street to "reschedule". When I asked why they told me they need to know how much money I have before they'll talk to me. I hung up and thanked God I dodged this bullet.
