I worked with Rick and Kara to close my home equity HELOC and the process was very smooth. The only issue we had was with title and it was resolved in one day, after that we went to the notary signing. The loan ended up being finished in 12 days!

Giving my professional opinion, please stay away from this mortgage lender. Shady, untruthful, and sneaky are a couple of words that I have for that person. Please read your papers and, overall, do your homework before signing any papers, especially in a last-minute rush.

Rick was awesome. A few phone calls and a couple emails and my loan was processed and closed in less than 3 weeks. Would highly recommend Rick and West Capital Lending. Very professional, prompt and not overbearing! Extremely easy to work with
