My husband never made it on time for his appointment cause they never showed up. I'm never going to have my family ride with them ever again
They good at picking you up for your appointment. But when it's time for that return ride they are ghost. They lie and say that there is no return ride. They will lie and say how MTM called them and canceled when I never done that. They have left me at the hospital with no way of returning home. They are rude. I have no problem catching the bus but when you have transportation system that's supposed to pick you up, why catch the bus. This is the 5th damn time they done this to me. My driver picked me up on time and dropped me off on time to my appointment and I loved how he was talking and interacting with me
I think Ridgewood is a fine company the driver showed up on time he came to pick me up on time they even told me what kind of car they would come in I would use them again thanks again
Not a good experience.
