If you like depositing your money but not being able to use your money, Richwood is the perfect bank for you! Between their terrible fraud department that calls everything you do fraud and then shuts down your card (if it happens on the weekend, you could be SOL until Monday). And their asinine Zelle policies their is no worse bank than Richwood Bank. I want to be able to access my money. They believe they should have exclusive access to your money.
Staff is so friendly, it's like they are family. Always friend and fast
25% fee on Cash withdraw! I had to draw out cash 20 bucks my bank isn't local so the fee is 5. 5 on 25. I feel jipped
