After having a very hard time trying to cash an out of state check. Idecided to try one last place before going crazy!!! I stopped by RPCX and was greeted by the most kindest smile and courteous staff. I explained my situation and frustration i was having with cashing this check. The lady at the counter was very helpful and patient with me. Not only did she help in getting my very difficult check cashed she also signed me up for direct deposit so I wouldnt have to endure this check cashing nightmare again. I had a very horrible experience at this currency, I had a bank money order and they checked all of their bulletins, they wrote all over the back of the the check, ran it thru their machine, called about 10 different people and then they gave me my check back after it was totally mutilated, therefore I had to mail it back to the people who sent it to me.When I protested to the way I was treated, this big fat lady, probably the mngr told me to Get Out. By the way they do not hire afro americans or latinos.
I have been using this currency exchange for a variety of purposes over a period of ten years or so. The employees have been courteous and efficient. Sometimes the line has been a bit long, but otherwise I am completely satisfied with this currency exchange.
Everytime I go to this currency I have nothing but great, courteous and efficient service. The people are nice and knowledgable. The place itself is clean and pleasant.
I attempted to cash a \$25.00 moneygram that my mother-in-law sent to my 11 year old son. She initially said he neeed a dl# to cash it. I told her he was 11 and didnt have one. They asked for my social security number, my drivers license and the cashier said that they had to take a picture of me. When I didnt want to give my ss#, she said she wouldnt cash it. When I have visited the location, the agents there are very nice and friendly. They have greeted me with a smile each time and are very pleasant.
