Some people are not willing to help account holders. You can have money in your account, but if you try to cash a payroll check they refuse to cash it. Really? If you have money in your account and it is active why would they tell you they could not cash it, that you would have to deposit it and wait 10-14 days before you can touch any of your hard earned money you have worked for. I believe i will close and cancel my account due to the rudeness i always get from this bank.
A local favorite of mine and notably good service one of the best decisions I ever made. willing to give the small people a chance to prove themselves
