I appreciate the efforts that Marisa placed on my warranty situation. She was responsive, professional and courteous. When Tropitone had rejected my request for warranty service Marisa put in the extra effort to listen to my concerns, and re-approach the warranty contact and Tropitone sales rep ultimately resolving the issue. I have always been treated with great customer service at Rich's including work done on my hot tub. Quick comment to say how pleased I've always been with Rich's. I bought an Avalon pellet stove in `03 and have great experiences with yearly maintenance of my pellet stove, timely responses to calls to the Lynnwood store and nothing but happy professionalism from all of Rich's staff and contract stove-cleaning personnel. SO nice in this day and age to have a company I can trust, thanks...I'm ready for the cold weather after last week's pellet stove maintenance call!

I just wanted to tell you how much we love our new Lopi Endeavor Wood Stove that we purchased from Rich's. Our dog has found a new parking space right in front of it. The stove is great looking and does an admirable job heating our Manufactured Home at our vacation property. With a little experience, we can even control the heating to some degree. I came in to the Lynnwood store in early July and purchased the Broilmaster P3. Just wanted to let you know we love it! We have cooked on it almost every night since it was delivered. It is a fantastic BBQ. Thanks so much for the recommendation. Also wanted to let you know your delivery man, (Craig?) was so nice. My delivery was July 3rd and he had tons of deliveries. He was great with letting me know how late he was running and finally delivered the BBQ after 10 pm and even still had a smile on his face.

I thought "customer service" was dead and then the Rich's delivery team appeared. It is a pleasure to do business with Rich's. The delivery team was the best and even told me that they did not think they closed the gate properly. I have a Great Pyrenees, 135 pounds, that I would not like roaming the streets.

I want to thank Rich's for an outstanding effort in turning an unhappy customer into someone that is now happy. It isn't always the case that someone backs up the talk with walk but you did. Anybody can sell you something but not everyone can fix it when its broken and that is a sign of a good company.
