We were in need of a new fireplace insert and tried another dealer first. Unsatisfied there, we were on our way to Ferndale to check out another store. On our way through Mt.Vernon my wife spotted a sign about fireplace sales at the Mt. Vernon Rich's location. We had never shopped there but were both very impressed by just walking in the door. Lisa has been very gracious and patient with my parts needs. I'm still waiting for the part as I really miss using my Cascade II however, I have high hopes it will arrive soon.
