Dave was such a great help while I was looking for my patio furniture! He was honest, had a great personality and was fun and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
I was seeking a great deal (Champagne taste/beer pocketbook), and I was not disappointed at Rich's outlet. I found the perfect demo hot tub. I needed to leave it with them until we found our new house and they were very accommodating. I especially appreciated dealing with Lisa Black who was friendly and efficient.

Pat and Lisa really helped me with fixing a problem with our new fire table. Lisa connected me with Pat. This was just after hours on a Friday. Pat even connected with me Monday to check if issue was resolved. Both Lisa and Pat went above and beyond to text me, assist through cell pictures and check in for success. Thank you!
