The worst. No contact info, nothing in my portal, just withholding my Va tax refund for 2025 without any way for me to resolve it or speak to someone. I literally don’t even have anything listed to pay under my personal property taxes in the online portal and there is seemingly no way to look up my “claim number.” There are a bunch of dead / non-responsive phone numbers affiliated too.
They send you a notice with basically no information on why they are holding your money and then do not pick up the phone to help you figure it out. They love making everything as difficult as possible. Will have to go in-person to town hall just to figure out why they are holding my money when they could have just put it in the notice. Specifically James Green was assigned to my case and then doesn't answer the phone.
What the hell is an unmonitored voicemail. Also, why would I have to call a number that isn’t 311 that is a 311 issue
Why do yall not answer the phone? That is so frustrating, people need to call and your business never answers!
