I was warmly received. The facilities looks nice. I went to karaoke that was on the schedule there was none. The door, The entry from outside is a little hard to find. they've had to close down the main street entrance due to vagrants entering. So there's a little door not quite on the side of the building, unmarked, that gets you in. That's the entry. I went in a door to another service department and the receptionist there came out and walk me to the good door. Good luck
