I am extremely happy with the results and the pain relief that has occurred while going to Richmond Physical Therapy. I highly recommend Neil Klein and all the staff.
Not sure if my luck is crap or what but neither Megan or Justin were able to help me with my shoulder issue. I told them about my broken right arm being the cause of it but they focused on more trap based exercises when my traps was already over activated and scalpula based techniques that were basically useless until I started working on my spine. Richmond PT is top-notch. Dr. Jeff is a magician. As someone who had never been to physical therapy before, I wasn’t sure what to expect—but I couldn’t be more impressed. I came in with persistent foot pain that had stumped everyone: my primary care doctor, a podiatrist, even custom orthotics and metatarsalgia pads didn’t help. Excellent service, from the front desk staff to the PTs to the assistants. In addition to knowledgeable PTs everyone at this practice seems to provide attentive caring each time you visit. Highly recommend.
A great staff who provided me excellent PT. Thanks to them my condition definitely improved. There are too many staff members for me to individually thank but I do want to thank my primary therapist Nick and the friendly receptionist Jahaira who always greets everyone with a smile.
