Laser burns left permanent marks on my skin. When I complained they tried to turn it around on me and state that I said it was okay to get burned. Unprofessional, unethical, and disgusting behaviour. And it seems any bad review they get, the go to excuse is “we do not have you as a client” as if that’s fooling anyone. Edit to reply to managers reply: actually I have plenty of 5 star and 4 star reviews. Just not for you. You’re a lying manipulating gaslighter and I hope you get humbled soon :) praying for you :)
