I've had my electric moped repaired by Richmond Ebikes a couple times now and will NOT go anywhere else. Everytime the scooter comes back running like new and they have excellent communication and will not do any work until they get your approval with detailed qoutes and description. They always have the parts if needed in stock and I think are better than the supplier where I purchased the scooter. Also, pick up and delivery service in the local area which is a godsend!!! If and when I need a new ebike I will go to them.
