I originally tried upgrading/modifying my bike with East Van Chop Cycles. Eli spent a lot of time modifying the controller and motor. He failed miserably. After his modifications, my motor gears broke and I ended up taking my broken bike to Richmond E-Bike. This shop is family run and they provide great advice with quality work.
