Left a one star review got a response from flagstar bank told me they will take care of me today sent me over to nycb got my spin job for a hour and fifteen minutes my original post is on 2555 Richmond ave please read be advised you will not believe I don’t know how the bank is getting away with this
Slowest teller line of any NYCB I've ever been to. They count money extremely slowly and need more training or better management to handle anything but the most basic of banking tasks. I've waited 40 minutes to get seen by someone. It took them over 3.5 hours to close 2 accounts and open two new ones because they weren't used to the procedure and were constantly checking instruction manuals.
