Michele was great throughout the entire process, she was very detail oriented and explained each of the items with me thoroughly and made me feel secure in my decision to continue with Richmond Country Mortgage. She was very readily available, even on the weekends / after hours (unfortunately the only time slots I really had available to discuss). Would recommend as a solid option for your mortgage needs
