Great guys! Called them to fix my door at my restaurant that wasn't locking properly and they came right away and fixed it in minutes and wouldn't even let me pay anything! Will highly recommend them. You don't get many people who would do that and not charge for the trip etc. Will be using them in the future!
I work as a Facilities Manager at a local Church. Richmond Automatic Doors was really good at first. But then I started having no shows/missed appointments. They asked us to run wiring ourselves/electrician and then they would come install the opening system. We told them we did it and they said it could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks on when the system would be installed (totally fine with us). Well a month went by and nothing had been done. Quick response grade A service! We had a local company in Williamsburg area install a sliding door for us with multiple problems and they wouldn’t answer the phone. We called Richmond Automatic door, Joe the owner came out basically tore the whole thing out and installed it correctly now it works better than before! I recommend using them from start to finish
