1 Star They offer the worst cable and internet communication services through Moonbeam. Unfortunately when Richman group manage a property, you can NOT choose your own cable and internet provider. So you stock with this useless services that have poorly customer care.
I live at emerald pointe in yreka,CA the rent was due by the 5th of the month it was changed to the 3rd of the month, this place is for disabled and 55+ disability checks come out on the 3rd of every month the mail gets here at 4:20 pm you now have 40min to get to the bank and pay the rent because at 5:00 rent is late and you pay a 35.00 late fee most people here don't even drive.I guess my rent just went up 35.00.
