Assistant VP is arrogant and degrading if you don't have the kind of money he has. Banked there for over a decade and pretty much every single time I went in the bank, I felt looked down upon by all staff. Unorganized and the way behind the times as far as online banking goes. And when you close your account, MAKE SURE TO GET RECEIPTS! They will remove some of your accounts from your online access so you can't verify funds that were removed as they did mine. Three accounts and they removed access to two of them upon closing.
