I've never had so many issues with any one bank my entire life, staff is great and super helpful but I would definitely not recommend anyone to bank with them. Nothing but a hassle. Will have you pulling your hair out and screaming at that top of your lungs as I am now dealing with yet another issue! Would give them 0 stars if I could.
Excellent customer service! I recently had several questions about opening a checking, & savings account. The lady (I forget her name) at Richland Federal Credit Union was extremely patient, and helpful in explaining everything clearly. It was refreshing to work with her. She was knowledgeable, and she showed how she genuinely cares about helping their members. Five stars for their professionalism, and friendly atmosphere.
No issues with the bank itself, customer service skills are lacking by any of the ladies who answer the phone. Kind of rude and snarky.
