This is the 2nd time renting and it could not have been easier. My car was clean and getting from the airport across the parking lot to the rental car place was as easy as could be. I sincerely appreciate the great customer service that I experienced as well. I will be back.
We had an amazing experience with renting our cars from Richland Sidney. My son had a Chevy Malibu for a week, and I drove the Chevy Equinox. Spotless and ready to roll. Highly recommend. Was perfect for trekking through Teddy Roosevelt National Park.

They were absolutely wonderful. My husband had been in a severe accident and I needed to get to Williston ASAP. I called and they had a car I could rent and when my plane landed they had the car running and warmed up ( temps were sub zero ). They were very nice and helpful thru the whole ordeal. Highly recommend.
