After looking around the Red Deer area for some time for the right sofa set for our new condo, we finally came upon Richi’s! We found an outrageously loud sofa set that was just perfect for us! Thanks also to Todd for his excellent service and patience with us!
Todd figured our style out quickly and found us a beautiful living room set we could have never found without him. Highly recommend

Bought a living room set and just at the one year warranty the electronics stopped working. We went and talked to the owner and he said he would get us fixed up but they were unwilling to do anything, washed their hands of it. We didn’t care if we had to pay for parts to have it fixed but they weren’t even willing to help us get the parts to fix it.
