Bought a living room set and just at the one year warranty the electronics stopped working. We went and talked to the owner and he said he would get us fixed up but they were unwilling to do anything, washed their hands of it. We didn’t care if we had to pay for parts to have it fixed but they weren’t even willing to help us get the parts to fix it. Great experience!
We bought some electric recliners at the Red Deer store and one of the arm controllers quit working after the warranty period was ended so we went to the store anyway to see if we could get parts or whatever we may need. The man in there the day we went in told us a couple of things to try and he said they would take something off the floor if they had to to get us going. Bought a 3 piece sofa set here for our newly developed basement, excellent service from Todd, and they had what we wanted in stock. The price was very reasonable too. Came back the next day and bought a sectional to replace our couches upstairs. Very happy with everything.
