I had a great experience at Richi’s Furniture Calgary! I had been shopping around and visited five different stores before coming here, and after comparing all the prices and quality, I felt really comfortable buying from them. I purchased a couch from here and the couch came wrecked the sales person said the couch would rise after 24-48 hours but it never did. The furniture legs are also so sharp don’t recommend this company they buy cheap junk and sell it for more than five times the price. Would never go back. For the record I didn’t say it was brand new I didn’t clarify the date it was purchased k said from the moment it was opened and assembled it was damaged. Don’t waste your money !! Furniture quality is very poor.. We recently purchased two full bed sets with dresser.. 4 out of 6 drawers has issue with fixtures and it’s bending down.
