We has such a good shopping experience with Richi's Furniture in Red Deer. We looked at a number if other places and the prices were a bit more than we had budgeted for. Want to thank Jay for being so helpful with the sale, getting it in so quickly and helping us load it on to our truck. Putting the sofa, Loveseat, chair and Ottoman was so easy and nothing missing for parts. We are so happy with the quality and price. Would highly recommend Richi's Furniture especially if you are on a budget
Rudest customer service. Bought a sofa, paid for it in full. Delivered in a few days with 2/3 pieces having issues. Asked for an exchange, he had a pissy attitude but did the exchange. When the delivery guys came, I forgot to send the legs for the original pieces. Told him I'll bring them on Saturday when I make my way up north but there was a snowstorm so I didn't. Messages me rudes remarks and keeps talking over me on the phone. Even though I told him I'll bring it by next weekend. Tells me he did me a favor.. what favor? ... read more

I had been shopping around and visited five different stores before coming here, and after comparing all the prices and quality, I felt really comfortable buying from them. Spencer was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process, and I’m really happy with both the service and the price.
