I can’t think of one favorable thing to say about this business. I just picked up a chair that sat in their shop for TWO months without being worked on. Interestingly, I was never informed of a problem. In addition to that, they ruined a distressed leather ottoman that was there for repair. Instead of fixing two corners, as I requested, they reupholstered the entire thing with a hideous orange-looking pleather!!! The ottoman came with nailhead accents.
