Store Staff refuse to sell one piece of a couch or furniture set at a time which is strange; since it is a clearance selection. I would prefer to buy one or two sofas rather than entire set at a time to test the quality of the item. However store staff refuse the request. Sofa set Items are overpriced!!!!! Bed frame 300-400 should be $150 Mattresses also over priced. Last mattress I bought from here in 2020 was a pearl and it was not comfortable at all.hopefully they upgraded their mattresses and should lower the prices or e... read more
This place is just wow and the customer service amazing.
Steve from Richi Collection was absolutely amazing to deal with. Our experience was phenomenal, he was attentive, took the time to show us all the couches in stock and even got our couch delivered the same day. You won’t find service/quality like this at your average furniture stores. The process was quick, easy and efficient. I could not recommend them enough. We will be back!
Reasonable price and best quality
Steve is amazing! He has excellent sales and customer service skills. He helped us find the perfect furniture for our needs. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place—the product quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.
