Steve from Richi Collection was absolutely amazing to deal with. Our experience was phenomenal, he was attentive, took the time to show us all the couches in stock and even got our couch delivered the same day. You won’t find service/quality like this at your average furniture stores. The process was quick, easy and efficient. I could not recommend them enough. We will be back!
Reasonable price and best quality
Steve is amazing! He has excellent sales and customer service skills. He helped us find the perfect furniture for our needs. He was incredibly helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this place—the product quality is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable.
They say they cut out the middleman, but THEY are the middleman for products built in China.
This is an incredible place for living rooms, dinning rooms, pictures etc. We were greeted by Steve almost immediately. He was taken care of another customer but he came to tell us he will be back as soon as he could. The acknowledgment means a lot. Richi Collections has been in business for over 25 years and now he is selling direct to customers so you don’t have to “pay the middle man” like they said in their advertising.
